9th PLACE:
“The Fugitive” was a great movie, don’t get me wrong, but some parts did drag in this movie and it didn’t feel like the Movie of the Year type. It does get a pat on the back for making 9th place in the running and winning Movie of the Month though! This movie got an 88% which is Juicy Popcorn.
